"Wish I could give them 0. Horrible service, these guys lie so much and deceive you about delivery dates and times. And even when delivered, the furniture is not polished, is broken and uneven. Not only I wanted to bring this to people’s attention but I will also go to the corporate to raise this issue. Never ever will I shop here again. Even if this is the last furniture store in this locality. Also, the guy who works here- Anuj. I want to specifically call him out on his lies and fraudulent promises of timely delivery and conning customers who have already paid fully in advance for the furniture. Update: this is how these people do business and how they’ve delivered the sofas. Worst place to get anything. Update (2): less than one month in, this horrible sofa already has compressed sides. I REALLY request anyone reading this to NEVER step into their store for your piece of mind and money’s worth."

Do not trust their words or fall prey to their manipulative tactics. Once they get your money, they will not bother to deliver on their commitments.
